Apple to Launch iWatch {Rumour}

Though nothing has been officially confirmed by Apple, still the rumours of its next most awaited gadget iWatch is getting intense. US leading publication houses such as New York Times and Wall Street Journal are writing about Apple’s iWatch ambitions and interestingly, both the publications have indicated to multiple unnamed sources within Apple’s perimeters at Cupertino.

Smart Watch is not an innovative concept. A number of companies such as Motorola and Sony have already burned their finger but none of them gained much attention. Samsung is also reported to be working on a similar concept while on the other hand, Google wearable smart glasses has also gained grounds.
Based on the speculations that are prevailing in the market, we can easily bring out the various features and benefits that these Watches will offers:

Why do you need an iWatch

It can be very easily be predicted that iWatch would definitely be an extension to your existing iPhone. In a sense, it would get connected to your iPhone and would offers several features of iphone without even touching your mobile such as:
  • You donot require to hold the mobile, the calls can be received and dialled using your iWatch. So you have got one extra hand to do your other jobs more efficiently and simultaneously.
  • The iWatch would definitely support Siri, your smart assistant
  • It might feature music control
  • Let your watch read messages for you and even compose one
  • It may help you stay fit using various health related apps using Motion & Light Sensor
  • It may even keep a track of your pulse rates and indicate the concern areas
The iWatch may offer a curved and even flexible screen which make the device sleek and fit a wider variety of users’ wrists. Voice control could make you operate you daily tasks on the move. Bluetooth would make the device communicate to your mobile and other Bluetooth enabled device easily and conveniently.
The early predictions indicates that the device definitely will operate while it is connected to your iPhone or smart phone. However, according to Wall Street Journal, some analysts believe they could eventually replace smartphones entirely, while others note they aren’t yet useful enough to appeal to mainstream users.
All these are speculations as of now and there is no clear-cut indication from apple regarding the iWatch concept. Samsung on the other hand, have confirmed in a press release that they are working on a wearable watch phone.
