Through years of trial and error, HTC has finally perfected their art of building a premium device, starting way back as the HTC Amaze, eventually evolving into the One X, and now the One. it has a full unibody design, nearly completely made of metal. Of course, like any concurrent smartphone, it has top-notch specifications, like the usual quad core CPU, 2 GBs of RAM, etc. , but it really takes the cake with its display and the 2 stereo front-facing speakers flanking it. First, lets start on the display.
The One's display produces stunningly accurate color quality with its Super LCD 3 panel, which, in my honest opinion, is far superior to Samsung's favorite, AMOLED, which not only produces inaccurate coloring, but also uses a despicable pentile arrangement. Not only does the One's display show extremely accurate coloring, it has the highest PPI rating display on any smartphone to date, crawling up to 468 PPI.
The number one feature of the One(haha, get it?), aside from its beautiful build quality, and aside from its display and specs, is the front-facing stereo speakers. As of July 30th, 2013, no smartphone can even come close to as loud and high quality those speakers are. Thus, this makes the HTC One perfect for media consumption.
The One's camera is one of its most arguable features, as it only contains 4 megapixels. But what HTC has done here, is show that the number of megapixels on a camera simply does not matter. They have also simply increased the size of each megapixel, allowing them to take in more light, and therefore, in theory, supposedly would take outstanding lowlight pictures. This has proven to be true, as the HTC One's camera takes far better low light pictures than the Samsung Galaxy s4's unnecessary 13 megapixel camera.

The HTC One is the closest to perfect out of all the smartphones today. High end specs? Check. Beautiful, premium design with comfort in hand? Check. Intuitive UI and operating system? Check. There is little to complain about this smartphone except for the lack of expandable storage, but there are definitely easy alternatives to fixing those problems, like cloud based storage. The lack of a removable battery should not hinder anyone's choice for this phone, as its battery life is ample and can easily last a full day with typical usage.
The HTC One's hardware is perfect for intensive gaming, with a top notch GPU and a very concurrent Snapdragon 600 CPU that blows benchmarks out of the water. It also has the highest PPI display on any smartphone to date, clocking in at 469 pixels per inch. That, along with a Super LCD 3 display that has incredible color accuracy, produces the best looking display on any smartphone-- no, in fact, possibly the best looking display on anything. HTC took quite a risk with its camera, including only 4 megapixels, but the larger pixel sizes on each megapixel( known as UltraPixel) allows for optimal low light performance. The camera software also does a good job in making photos have the same sharpness as a 13 megapixel camera.
HTC really nailed it with the build quality, with the One being the first ever phone to be completely made of metal and glass on the outside, aside from a few slim plastic bands put in place to allow WiFi and data signals to go through, as they cannot penetrate through metal. It's curved back makes it an incredibly comfortable experience to hold in the hand.
Sense 5 is one of the most user-friendly skins to date, with Touchwiz right behind it. The lockscreen provides a very simplistic, yet elegant design that can be used to display notifications and launch important apps such as the camera, quickly. Its BlinkFeed page lets you see all of your infromation from various third party sources all on one page, which saves the need to go into every app individually.
Of course, there is always room to improve. Although the HTC One has minor flaws, like the onscreen menu button that takes up screen space, it is the closest to flawless that any phone has ever been.

The HTC one, with its astounding audio and build quality, is without a doubt, the most impressive phone on the market to date. Although some of its features may be controversial ( 4 megapixel camera), it holds strongly against other titans such as the Samsung Galaxy S4, which has beaten it in sales only due to better marketing. Not only does it have amazing front facing speakers and design, it also has the highest PPI on any smartphone in the market, just barely below 470 pixels per inch. Its Super LCD 3 display produces much more natural and sharper looking colors than Samsung's Super AMOLED, which uses a questionable pentile pixel arrangement. Looking into the software, Sense 5 is one of the lightest skins out there, and takes up less RAM than Samsung's custom skin, Touchwiz. Not only that, the Galaxy s4 throws a bunch of useless gimmicky features at the user, which mainly end up being party tricks to impress friends. The HTC One's specs are also top notch, with a quad core Snapdragon 600 processor, the only one seen in a smartphone aside from the S4. And despite its lower CPU clocking, the HTC one ties with the s4 in various benchmarks, rendering the extra 200 MHz on the s4 useless.
OK, I've made it clear that the HTC One hands down kills its main competitor, the Galaxy s4, but what about others? A few to mention, the Sony Xperia Z and the Oppo Find 5, both lose to the HTC One in display, benchmarks, and build quality. But where the One really is undefeatable is its front facing stereo speakers. Not one phone on the market even comes close to the loudness and sound quality of the HTC One. This leaves the One as the clear victor of the Smartphone Wars.

The main factor is the build quality! Its important to have a strong and solid smartphone that feels good on the hand and soft to the touch.

The front facing speakers, I’m not gonna say its genious cause it isnt, it just makes sense, and as a musician sound quality is of huge importance to me! I often help local bands by producing, mixing and mastering their songs and demos, they usually come to me cause I do it for free, and an importante part of producing is testing the sound on various systems like car, phone, headphones, stereo, etc. The HTC with Beats would really come in handy for production testing and personal enjoyment of course! (And how I crave for those speakers, I hear music all day and somethimes just have my phone laying down on the table playing music when I’m home or with friends)

I think a valid point is the looks of the phone, if its good looking and feels good on the hand I’ll spend all day messing with it and driving my girlfriend crazy! Ahah!

HTC One beats any smartphone because it is very fast and have many features that are actually useful to many of us. Possessing a Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 Processor with 2GB of RAM, it will overcome any lag. It also comes with latest Sense 5.0 UI with Jelly Bean 4.1.2/4.2.2. HTC Zoe may seem useless at first, but is helpful in helping you relive previous memories, and who could forget about Blinkfeed? It lets you personalize your multimedia (news). The Aluminum build is very premium and other phones don't have it. BoomSound makes music rich, without any distortion even at highest volume!

And finally the winner is MIKE HARIS. Winners answer is not going to be disclosed because of disputes last time.

Guys don't worry if you were not able to win this time because A winner listens,A loser just wait until it is their turn to talk.

          KEEP VISITING :)
